Our main office is located in the heart of Ventura County, halfway between the Outlet Center in Camarillo and historic downtown San Buenaventura. Just one block south of the 101 freeway, in the heart of the Gonzales Medical Corridor, we offer convenient free parking and easy access to tertiary care facilities, state of the art imaging centers and modern laboratories.

From north of Oxnard
Take the 101 freeway south to Rose Avenue exit,
right onto Rose Avenue, left on Gonzales Road,
right on Solar Drive and right into the parking lot.
From south of Oxnard
Take the 101-freeway north to Rice Avenue Exit,
left on Rice Avenue, right on Gonzales Road,
left on Solar Drive, and right into the parking lot.
Satellite Office:
We also have a satellite office location in Santa Barbara, adjacent to Cottage Hospital, in order to better serve those patients coming from points north. Scheduling, administrative and billing support for our Santa Barbara office are handled by our main office staff in Ventura County, at the phone numbers and address listed above.
